Hell in e Cell training i ever had!
dis "Hell in e Cell" might seem alittle exaggerating la but it's true. n it's no lie. lolx. at least to me la. haha.. mm today i'd my badminton training as usual. den i tot i would be training for doubles. but e teacher ic cum 2nd coach suddenly asked me to go train singles coz they r sort of single players. actually i dun mind la coz there's alot of doubles players le. but frankly speaking i was v afraid at tt x..
i'm afraid coz firstly dis is my 1st training w e singles n e main coach is in charge of e singles training. secondly e players there r so pro tt i heard tt 1 guy is e champion of his age grp n i heard tt 1 gal is a national player. so i'm rly stress. afraid tt i'd get scoldings if i make mistakes. lolx..
e 1st 3 hrs of training was tiring but dis isn't e main course. it's still e side dish only lo. e main dish is even more interesting. lolx.. den aft tt e 8 of us had to go for physical training(PT). i dunhaf an idea wat it'll be like la though 1 of my seniors said it'll be tough. den u noe wat we had to do? we had to run up to e 5th storey n down which is consider as 1 rd. n we had to do 15 rds within ard 16 mins!!!! so imagine running up to e 75th storey of a super tall buildings n down within 16 mins!!!! OH MAN!!!! juz imagining it make me feel like oh dear is it possible? lolx.. at first it's 20 rds so it's a 100 storey high building but coz we cnt take it anymore so e coach discount for us la. reduce to 15 rds. haha..
mm maybe for other sports people dis doesn't mean anything. but i nv had such tough training b4 during my sec sch days coz we were practically v slack. lolx.. if e coach asked us to do 30 sit-ups we'd be doing only 3. haha.. so dis is consider v tough n tiring for me le.. i'm sure tml i'll haf muscleache all over. n wat's more tml i'm having training agn! n tml we haf to train PT w e track n field team for an hr. sure pain x pain = V PAIN! lolx. okiez. it isn't funny. but i was happy la e coach let me haf a chance to train w them. coz of some reasons( mm not appropriate to say here la) i ben lai wanted to quit de. but nw i haf a chance to train w them i haf to treasure it..
today i saw my chi teacher leh den i dun dare to face her. so i hid from her. haha.. scared tt she'll ask me y ytd e whole class nv turn up for lessons lo. lolx. but anw tml we'r having her lessons so we can't hide it anymore..
today's pe is quite sianx leh. coz i tot we'll be playing netball or captain ball which i look forward to since last wk but in e end we played badminton.. sianx coz aftnn i'm going to haf badminton training le den nw haf to play agn. but no choice still haf to play la..
today my sch's soccer team vs another jc. saw them played. quite fun la seeing ppl from mj n e other jc cheering for them. i heard tt we won! 3 - 1 ba. not sure leh..
oh i suddenly rmb sth. i become e econs rap for my CG le. lolx. ai ya coz e original rap withdrew frm sch le so we sissors paper stone c who become e rap. in e end i become lo coz i lost. haha..
okiez la. i'd "complain" enough of my training le. tok somemore will get bored 1. hope tt looking at shawn's pic wld make u feel afresh. lolx.. c ya. NiTeX!
