so tired nw la! today is e most tired day as in physically tired since 1.5mths ago can..
aei actually not rly. e P4 Tao Nan Camp was so much more tiring den dis la.. okiez nvm. today 1st part of sch was to play intrahouse activities. actually i found it alittle boring la except captain's ball part. lolx. haiyo we lost but nvm la.. den aft tt was movie screening. my house phobos watch Bring It On( all or nothing) i think. actually quite nice n funny leh e movie. but abit vulgar la. lolx.. okiez den i went to help discuss our cca booth thingy. aiya to e main pt.. aft tt ting mei florence elizabeth n me went to play bball! haha so fun la. since sec sch nv touch bball le. den nw can play. i can shoot 3 pointers! yeah! but only once.. okiez lo juz becoz we played bball for quite long we were already v tired when we went for training la.. u noe plus 1 trained w guys lo coz crystal was not here for e 1st part den i haf to train w guys.. so tiring lo. n also v stress. coz i dunhaf much strength den i was scared they wld think play w me v sianx.. train w guys still not enough. we did lots of footwork aft tt.. we did 20 sets of 20 secs of diff type of footwork.. mm it may sounds ez but it is not! cnt explain here but i can juz say super super tiring.. oh ya n still haven end. haha. aft tt we haf to swing squash racket v hard for 5 sets of 20 sec.. so pratically aft tt our arm like numb le la.. den last part was do some guys style push up n train stomach muscle lo.. haiyo nvm. my main point was i'm so tired! 1.5mths nv exercise le den nw suddenly so hiong.. actually i'm not e only 1 tired. e others also tired. so i shdn't complain so much.. oh ya i learnt some new ways to train stomach muscle or rather to get rid of fats.. ytd night i watched chn u show den vincent ng taught us some steps.. so cool. can start training le. lolx.. okiez la. gtg. c ya.
