saw my old coach Zou Jiaolian at TSH today!
so happy la. long tm no see n he still recognises me..
mm i noe i nv grow any taller but he still recognise me. so surprise..
den we chit chat for awhile..
he nv change at all. still e nice coach i know..
he's propably e nicest coach i ever haf dis few yrs..
nv scold me b4 except once i think. but aft scolding me he still asked if he's v fierce n sort of apologise..
wao! where can u find such a coach?!

but i tot he only rmb me but he still rmb e others. abit sad ah me..
haha tot only rmb me so happy..

today's training was expected--TOUGH TIRED WAN TO DIE!!!!

i was already not feeling as in feeling v naeseaus aiya dunno hw to spell..
i mean feel like puking b4 training..
somemore i saw some1 spit while i was going for training. made me feel worse..
halfway thru e training i rly cnt tahan felt giddy also den i told coach..
but he said" ENDURE!"
i was so "touched"..
but in e end i rly endured! quite happy..
he said train till i rly cnt tahan n i tot is only for like 15mins..
in e end 1.5hrs..
still had friendly w RI..
yeah it's all over nw..

had sleepless nite ytd..
dunno y but my mind was filled w op n training..
tot of op-scared. training-dun like..
in e end slept only 3hrs++..

juz nw pw meeting..
met jiefang 1st at TM..
b4 tt i bought a slice of bday cake for her but kept it a surprise..
den we surprised her at nas's house..
though not some big surprise but she said she's touched..
