22 more days left at JL. i kinda miss here already
but somehow im counting down. cause its not easy to be in service line
especially at JL this kinda store. where shoppers of all ages come
little kids. youngsters. married couples. uncles aunties. ah gongs ah mas
then you really can understand why people always say Singaporeans are kiasu
and actually i would like to comment about the "poor services" in Singapore
well i admit there are poor service here and there
but why dont we consumers reflect on our part first?
as far as i know. at least here at JL. we will try our best to help you and smile to you
but sometimes there are just those difficult customers you want to smile at them also cannot
and then it affects your mood and you put up a long face Unintentionally
then the next customer see your black face also buay song. the vicious cycle continues
hello. people in service line also human. human makes mistakes what
like accidentally key in Nets instead of Cash or whatever
not that we want to make mistakes also. of cause we hope to minimise errors so that the customers behind dont have to wait that long
but sometimes when you see the LONGGGGG queue during Sales at the cashier walau
you will tend to be panic and stress. because you know people are waiting
and you cant afford to make errors. but its unavoidable. especially when its money you are talking about
BUT on the other hand. i can understand the pek chek-ness when queueing up
cause i do buay song sometimes. haiyo so contradicting
and have i said this before? when im so busy at work. i envy people whose work so slack
then when i have nothing to do at work. i hope to be busy...
ok enough about my theory. im happy now
