i've got lots of PISSED things to say about the JL sale this few days
first of all. please dont shop at JL anymore on monday there's no what 20% and its JL last day and also my lasy day i dont want my last day to be so busy and pissed with customers oops.... today(28th) my second last day at JL. and im thankful i dont have to work tomorrow i have to say again the queue is the LONGEST ever ever here you cant even walk your way through. must "excuse me" here and there like CNY at Chinatown. the store is not even opened yet and many people are already waiting outside. like queueing for Harry Potter book. just not so kua zhang heard when other JL closed down also not that crowded you wont want to queue but i dont know why so many people still queue and thanks to them we worked till 11.30pm yesterday the longer i work here. the more i find out of JL shoppers usually already quite horrible. now terrible + vegetable we keep kena scolded by customers. especially uncles and aunties say we are INEFFICIENT. we are VERY SLOW. hello aunty. firstly nobody forces you to queue you see the queue damn long and know its gonna be a long wait but you still queue and when its your turn you complain non stop infront of many other people we are not INEFFICIENT neither are we SLOW we are trying our very best here to be as fast as possible so that you can be "happy" and we can go home asap and the thing that is delaying your turn is there are many customers buying baskets of items like you. and doing refund just within 90mins because you saw something else you like after you bought the things you "supposedly" want it and queued so long for it i dont understand why want to buy so many things and then return to us its only SALES not FOC!! i know many people never try the clothes in the fitting room and just buy so many then next morning come back again to do refund i understand its tiring and pek chek having to wait for SOOO long me myself would complain too. but only to myself and my friends around me but complain to manager is like what the. you tell us you stood for 1hr plus at least you bought the things you want. you happy right? not happy refund lo i tell you we stood for 8times longer than you. and not happy facing unreasonable customers but we can only smile and be happy with you unhappy with us i think what one of our senior staff said is true complain about our service? be one day JL staff and you will know but well of cause not all JL customers are like this those unhappy but still patient with us dont have to mention there are some who are really understanding. im grateful to them ok i got to stop complaining about customers who knows maybe i would be like them next time countdown to 1 last working day=) nowiknowwhatisitliketobeheartbrokenimmissingyoulikeneverdoyouknow ivenevengivensomuchtosomeonebeforeyeteverythingiscomingtoanendverysoon the wordings so funny |
